Enterprises' Classification According to Required Employees’ Competencies Profile

Purpose: The authors set two main goals to analyze the significance level and difficulty of obtaining particular types employee competencies and, on this basis, build a two-dimensional perception map. In addition conduct segmentation analysis surveyed entities according their demand profile for critical competencies, characterised by high obtaining. Design/Methodology/Approach: research was conducted among 381 managers companies operating in Eastern Poland. evaluation concerned employees’ terms market. obtained results were used develop map identify subsequently as enterprise criteria.
